No surprise to find this shower are just as bad. Does anyone have geographical numbers for: 0844-8444448 (Accident/claims) 0844-4998247 (Emergency Breakdown) Thanks.

I have had a look at the policy document, and cannot find who administers their claims, so it maybe worthwhile asking them directly. Alternatively you can download a claims app from here: http://www.onecalldirect.co.uk/site-info/claims-application.php
