Can anyone help, please?

I have seached for this on the Internet, and checked out the website, but haven't found anything. If I have missed something, I do apologize (not otherwise), but it's my first request, and your response is not very encouraging to someone new to the forum. I'm not sure how much info to give or not, assumed it was accepted that one had already tried to find the answer, without success, and tried to keep it simple.

Their website is at www.roomzzz.co.uk. They have hotels in Leeds, Manchester, and Newcastle, which do short- and long-term lets. The address of the Manchester hotel, for which I need the no., is 36 Princess Street, Manchester M1 4JY.

With only the limited clues given in the first posting, the first step is to look for basic information. Being as you, as the primary requestor, know something about the company in question it would seem reasonable to assume that you are in possession of such information.

Without it, all who wish to help would have to carry out the same steps. This is grossly inefficient from a use of time point of view as the amount of time spent on finding basic information would be, collectively, greater than if the first person who'd come across that information would have shared it.

The point is that this website works by teamwork rather than individuals working by themselves (until such a time as an alternative is found). Knowing what else has been found and which sources have been checked avoids us covering the same ground. In some cases one person might find one piece of information and another takes that and finds an alternative.

A whole manner of clues can be useful and even those which prove not to have been useful in eliciting an alternative are in no way wrong.

I have assembled some information which provides some leads, including suggestions of alternatives. I checked BT Phone Book; others may wish to try looking elsewhere.

From the Roomzzz website, the list of hotels is:

Central Reservations might be answered at head office, so where is it? 

The Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy pages don't give the address, and neither does the Contact page. However, whois roomzzz.co.uk gives the registrant's address as 2 Burley Road, Leeds.

Perhaps the company's main office is at the Leeds City West hotel. We already have one number for that location - 0113 233 0400 - so it's worth a try as an alternative for Central Reservations.

The booklet on franchising gives another address:

The telephone number accompanying it is the 0844 for Central Reservations, quoted in the OP. 25-27 Otley Road is also home to Park Lane Properties (and I haven't found any connection with it and Roomzzz Aparthotel, except for them residing at the same address).

Thanks for the support. Feedback on numbers I've found will be useful, as too will any other leads or numbers that are found. Maybe the staff at one of the hotels can provide the geographic numbers of the others. This will allow us to build up more comprehensive alternative numbers listings for this company.
