I tried this today, and whilst I didn't speak to anyone (there is a queue and I have to go out) it is the correct option. ~ Edited by Dave: Thread title amended

Thanks for posting about this. I've promoted this to the verified listings as well as entries for several other numbers apparently for Southbank Centre tickets: 0844 875 0074, 0844 875 0071, 0844 847 9910, 0844 847 9911 and 0844 847 9922.

I've removed previously verified alternatives for:

Ticket Office menu - 020 7960 4301
Straight to ticket office operator - 020 7921 0813
Reception - 020 7921 0601
