Only the 0800 is given on Yellow pages and they are not listed on BT.com Hoping someone can help. Thanks

In the UK calls to 0800 "freephone" numbers cost a premium to ring from mobile phones. For that reason services have appeared that offer a geographic number to call which allows onward connection to 0800 number.

One such service is on 020 0222 0900. So dial +44 20 0222 0900 and when it answers it requests the freephone number. Enter it in national format (as if dialled from the UK) - i.e. 0800 677 1171.

Another one (I am in Florida and also have to occasionally call 0800 UK numbers) is to open a Skype account. This will allow you to call such numbers at no cost either from your computer or from Skype apps on cell phones.
