I believe this is the organisation in question and the 0844 number is: 08448 202020

They do offer a call back service online.

I will edit this post IF I find an alternative for you... and everyone else!

EDIT: Based on their website, they may answer the calls at one of two address'.. they are:

Crowgill Chambers,
Crowgill Road,
Shipley,
West Yorkshire,
BD18 3SN

or:

10 Mercury Quays, Ashley Lane, Shipley, West Yorkshire, BD17 7DB,

The 1st is their return's address and the 2nd is the registered address of the company.
