Calls to 0845 numbers incur a Service Charge of around 2p/min to the benefit of the called party.
By rights, no-one should have inclusive 0845 calls. Phone providers fudge things to make this deal available.

Calls to 0843 and 0844 numbers incur a Service Charge up to 7p/min.
Calls to 0871, 0872 and 0873 numbers incur a Service Charge up to 13p/min.
Phone providers do not make these calls inclusive.

This charge will have to be declared by 26 June 2015.

The good news is that NatWest have already moved some of their 0845 and 0870 lines over to the matching 0345 and 0370 numbers.

Calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calls to 01 and 02 numbers and count towards inclusive allowances on landlines and mobiles.

I am not sure where the op is looking but the main alternative number 0345 788 8444 is clearly shown in database together with an alternative freephone which could be used from SKY.
