Well, I need to little help here if possible, I placed an order more than 2 weeks ago on puraman express and yes, it's a what you think it's so I'm honest....

and I did receive the confirmation order by e-mail which their system sends automatically but it's been 2 weeks now and I have no receive the tracking number or any communication from them... already sent 2 e-mails too.

MY PROBLEM IS: I am in the US and I can't get hold of them on 08717179519 and I can't find their geographical number... I placed orders from them in the past and they arrived to my ex-UK address. I already tried 0044 8717179519 and it tells me it's not a valid number

I found on a website that their address is Scotland is: 15 Wishart Archway, Dundee, Scotland DD1 2JA  .... if it helps/.

Could anyone help me as I'm so far away and unable to do it from here?

I'd even pay someone to ring from the UK to help me track my order,

I did try to ring 0044 1382 525515 from Skype as I don't have a landline here but it says not a valid number,

I purchased from them in the past and they were OK but perhaps they went out of business but the website still let people place orders

frustrating, I just would like to track my order !

Would you do a little job for me? try to ring them and track my order, 2 minute job for ,,,,, £5 just track my order

I could send yo the £5 via paypal
