They now quote 0800 numbers. They appear to be using a new range of 0800 numbers. See: https://www.southern-electric.co.uk/ContactUs/OurPhoneNumbers/ which are different to the many quoted in the say no database.

It maybe worthwhile (as you as a customer of theirs) in asking them if they have any 01/02 numbers to contact them on. Whist I fully support the use of "inclusive" or free numbers to call companies they neglect to realise that if you have to call from a mobile it's charged.

I will in the meantime look at the database.

For those who know that those numbers exist..

and for reference they are: 020 0222 0700 and 020 0222 0900... there has never been a dialling code of 0203/0207/0208 for London...
