Looking for a geographical number for a company called Your Appliance Ltd. Business directory 192 gives their address as 14 Church Road in Chichester but that is the address of their accountants and many other clients of theirs use the same address. I have a possible number from the bank of 08444127180 but I will not use this on principal and also as my phone package includes 0845 and 0871 but not 0844.
They have 'conned' my Stepfather into a direct debit for an appliance maintenance contract and, although I cancelled it and obtained a refund when it was set up in Oct, last year (I have lasting power of attorney) they have reinstated the DD twice since which I have again cancelled and obtained a refund. I simply want to talk to them and get them to remove my Stepfather from their lists.
Not much point of a maintenance contract with a company who can't be contacted!

Interbacs are also on Twitter - https://twitter.com/Interbacs/

I have yet to find any info for Your Appliance LTD.

edit: I have extensively searched on-line and cannot find a contact number or website for this company.

It maybe worth contacting either your local Trading Standards or Chichester Trading Standards (handled by West Sussex County Council) to see if they have had any reports regarding them.  I agree it seems rather "odd" to have a maintenance company with NO apparent means of contacting them!

Please do let us know if you find anything.
