It's just very poorly worded. Many other areas of Tesco, especially within retail, direct landline users to an 0800 number and mobile users to an 0330 number. It will be interesting to see if the 0845 number is replaced by an 0800 number.

One of those seven numbers has the 03 equivalent working.

I guess we're watching a work in progress.

The really big job, converting the 0845 numbers for 2450 stores to 0345 numbers, was completed months ago.

Tesco Mobile and Tesco Phone Shop have working 03 numbers, but the details await updating on the website.

The latter two numbers need to meet the 13 June deadline. The financial stuff does not.
