Does anyone have a geographic number for P4Parking? They operate parking enforcement on private land for a large number of landlords. The only advertised number is 0845 556 0789.

I don't have a number for them, however I would advise that you seek advice about your obligation to pay any charge / penalty.
I believe from reading various forums on moneysavingexpert, and other trusted channels, that you are covered in law to refuse to pay.
