Lost luggage call centre!!!
Anyone got an alternate number for 0208 819 2014?
10p per minute for the privilege of hanging on for ages before they even answer the phone when THEY should be paying ME for losing MY luggage!
Very annoying! Angry

020 8819 2014 is a standard landline number (which this site has been fighting for all these years).

It's not an 084/7 or 09 number. 

What's the problem?
