You dont need one because Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than a call to  01/02 number,s and are included in any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01/02 calls are, if you have inclusive minutes.

These rules apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, BT, other fixed line supplier eg Virgin  or payphone,s

The reference to 5p a minute on the Next site is incorrect. It needs updating it refers to the previous 0844 number they use to use.
