Cotswold District Council Complaints About 0845

The council have responded to complaints about the use of 0845.

Your see the council apparently have conveniently overlooked the cost of the connection charge /call set up fee.

And dont appear to have taken any notice of the hint the Govt gave when they gave instructions to their departments to switch from 08 numbers.

Not condoning the use, but from paragraph 5 re your link: - "plus a call set-up fee".

Thanks for mentioning that

what i really meant to say was whilst they gave examples of call cost,whilst mentioning a call set up fee they never gave an example of a typical cost eg. 15p.
