I have been at loggerheads with a company called J&Y Ltd trading from premises at: 53 Mansel Street Swansea SA1 5TE and also: J&Y Co.,ltd Unit D Lakeside Technology Park, Swansea, SA7 9FF. (Address for returned goods)

The company's web site is registered to an xinya li at the Mansel Street address using the same 0844 number as shown below.

They have the following number advertised on their web site, www.jaoyeh.co.uk, Tel: 0844 808 2408. However, this number is 'handled' by an automated system and the calls are never answered regardless of which option you select. Additionally, emails to their advertised address go unanswered and more often than not unopened !

Having bought goods from them via a voucher scheme run by 'GoGroopie', and then returned the goods when they arrived in a defective sate, I have been unable to contact J&Y Ltd via email, letter or telephone call to the 0844 808 2408 number.

So, I'm wondering if anyone can help with an alternative number for this company (J&Y Ltd) or for xinya li living in the Swansea area ???
