Good Evening,

A little bit of digging around, and I may have found a number for you.

To give you some background info: Leisure Depot is a brand of Alroma Distribution as noted here so I used that name and the area you gave me and found that the dialling code for Fen Drayton is 01954.

I then searched for Alroma Distribution and 01954 and got Fiamma Depot who are based at the same address and are also a brand of Alroma Distribution.  I would suggest calling:  01954 233006 and if they cannot/wont help and won't transfer try 005/004 etc.

PLEASE whatever happens report back and let us know.

Also they only appear to have an 084 contact number which I would assume is after sales so they are in breach of the new legislation on using those numbers.  Additionally they have not updated the call charge information from 01 July 2015.

I hope this all helps.

Many thanks for your reply. I apologise for not thanking you sooner but I did not receive any notification of a reply so assumed I had none - and have only just checked back here.

I was trying to phone Leisure Depot as I had bought a set of levelling ramps from them via ebay and they arrived damaged. I requested a return via ebay but Leisure Depot never replied to it. In the end ebay had to step in to resolve the issue. They decided in my favour and gave me a full refund.

Again many thanks for your help. It may help other frustrated customers of Leisure Depot.
