Number for 'Renault Connected Services'

I need to contact them for my cars maps and live services.
[It is really Tom Tom but they cannot deal with it unless it is on the special number.] [offices are not same place]
It cost £16 on the mobile last time and about 30p a minute on Virgin plan. The unverified numbers are wrong. [Go to Tom Tom or Canon uk.

the number I have is:-
0844 369 0000

Customer services cannot help. No other number.

If any one can suggest a phone service too FINE I was a member of 18185

Good Afternoon,

I decided to search for the number on-line and got this page

Click Navigation And Multimedia Help, then I clicked the ">" icon on the screen and was presented with the number you have given. However beneath there are three click-able links.

Carminat TomTom and TomTom Live Queries

MediaNav Queries

R-Link Queries

I clicked Carminat TomTom.. and was presented with an e-mail address. This would be the most reasonable option to use to a: contact them and b: ask for an alternative number.

For reference the e-mail address' are:

medianav.helplineUK@renault.com

R-Link.helplineUK@renault.com

I hope this helps, and IF you do get an official alternative number please let us know what it is.
