Where call costs for non-geographic numbers are declared, this information is correct...
080 - calls to 080 numbers are free from landlines and mobiles
030, 033, 034, 037 - calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calling 01 and 02 numbers and count towards inclusive allowances on landlines and on mobiles
084, 087, 09, 118 - calls to 0xxx xxx xxxx cost [Xp per call] [plus] [Yp per minute] plus your phone provider's Access Charge.
The only declaration that is mandatory is the one for 084, 087, 09 and 118 numbers.
Connection charges were banned on calls to 084, 087, 09 and 118 numbers from 1 July 2015.
There is even less need to state pricing for standard landline and mobile numbers, but some do...
01, 02 - calls to 01 and 02 numbers count towards inclusive allowances on landlines and on mobiles, else are charged at your provider's 'geographic rate'
071-075, 077-079 - calls to mobile numbers count towards inclusive allowances on some landlines and on most mobiles, else are charged at your provider's 'mobile rate'
