There are now only about 60 or so local authorities that continue to use 0845 numbers for their outsourced payment lines (as detailed here http://www.fairtelecoms.org.uk/uploads/1/1/4/5/11456053/la_admit.pdf ). This is a much reduced number compared to the situation as it was just over a year ago.

Most other public services have migrated to cheaper 03 numbers. Which public services and government departments are still using 084 or 087 numbers, with no sign of introducing replacement 03 numbers?
