PDSA Pet Insurance Claim Line (Read 7,187 times)

The insurance side is different to the pdsa site (which I know has lots of 0800 numbers) the claim line for pet insurance is 0844 335 1137

Ian01 Supreme Member Offline Posts: 767	Re: pdsa pet insurance claim line Reply #1 - Nov 7^th, 2015 at 7:33am New FCA regulations effective 26 October 2015 require the use of an 01, 02, 03 or 080 number. Try calling 0344 in place of 0844 as a first step.

PDSA policies are undwritten by BDML Connect 0344 907 2260o
I suggest you contact BDML and request the relevant info, if the query your request suggest them that you cannot contact the PDSA because of the Premium Rate Number they use.

Further to my previous post I have received the following numbers direct from BDML:

The new numbers for PDSA Insurance are:
Claims – 03332340599, Customer Service – 03332340605.

I will get them added to the database as well

Update: I am happy to say both these numbers are now in the verified database
