If you search your database for National Express, it lists two unverified numbers (not including Eurolines, which I didn't want). The first of these was permanently engaged when I tried it, but the second one got me straight through to National Express, so it can be listed as having been successfully verified. It is 0371 781 8181.

As noted here and here both Eurolines and National Express use 0871 781 8181 for Sales and 0371 781 8181 for After Sales.

In both the Verified and Unverified listings there are 2 numbers, the 0871 alternative starts 01304 is this the number that's engaged?
