To me for someone who does not use a mobile very often it is an excellent sim offer, although a quick call of 1 minute costs you 10p, but not many have that rate, the lowest I know about is TPO, (https://www.thepeoplesoperator.com/tpo_payg_rates#standard), who charge 5ppm, but go into the second minute it has already cost you 10p then ongoing costs increasing.
