Emergency nr. Remus Residential Estate Management

Hi all,

I am trying to find a geographical alternative to the number 0870 873 3878 which is the 24h emergency number for Remus Management Residential estate agent (I cannot post a URL link in my first message but you will easily find their home page if you google "Remus Property Management").

It is actually quite annoying that they charge you a premium fee for you to tell them about an emergency problem in a building they manage... How crazy is that?!?!

Anyway looking at the contact page on their website you do find some geographical numbers which are their office numbers for the various offices in England, and are only operated in working hours.

I really hope we can find the geographical one for this.

Finding alternative numbers can be tricky, as you have advised there are Geographic numbers for their offices.

I suspect it may divert to a specific number depending on who's covering the emergencies. Not that such a situation justifies using an 0870 number any longer.

Have you tried calling 0370 873 3878? This is a non-geographic number but is charged at geographic rates.

Alternatively it maybe worth contacting the company directly and advising you are unable to call 0870 numbers any longer and see what they say.

Please do let us know what else you may find out, or maybe someone else here know's more than I do.
