Purely because im with Giffgaff and i only have a goodybag, no actual credit to make the call. Its an Alarm Receiving Centre. ADT. I call them to take my alarm offline so i can test it. Any help with this is greatly appreciated!

It answers Marks and Spencers Fire Security and Safety Service. I suggest he asks them for the alternative number.
