The tracking of a parcel for my wife, indicated that they tried to deliver and left a card. We were in all day and no card was left.
Have tried ringing 01293 517004/516183 - both numbers disconnected me after a number of rings.
Then rang the 0844 755 0117 customer services which takes you through an automated response - not helpful as they require the parcel code for Yodel - which as I don't have a card is difficult. eventually spoke to a human being who advised that the parcel was out for re-delivery.
