Presumably this uses a mobile number allocated in Jersey, Guernsey or Isle of Man?
If that is the case, calls to these numbers do not count towards inclusive allowances.

According to the FAQ's you can "port" a number to AnywhereSim... so that's interesting.... maybe worth an e-mail to them to check on their numbers being inclusive to other network callers....

It tells you its currently on O2. But will be switching to Three.
"On the 10th August we will be adding Three to the networks our sim will access.
It will become our home network
, providing a much higher quality all round experience than was ever possible before. That means you will be able to roam across all four major networks in the UK! The power of all four networks means you will have the best mobile coverage in the UK - bar none!"

New sim cards are being issued.
https://www.engadget.com/2016/07/20/argos-anywhere-roaming-sim-card/
"has a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) agreement with O2 in the UK.
That deal is what allows you to have a UK mobile number. "
Has already got big biz customers using it.
