British Gas fax number? (Read 12,562 times)

JamesEB have you tried e-mailing? Their e-mail address is here, look to the right of the page under their physical address.

Additional - There is more info regarding complaining, including a complaints e-mail address and number here

Looks like I'll have to send a Recorded Delivery letter then but I have been given a handful of addresses and no telling which one to use. JamesEB
