I did manage to find the company you are asking about, but it would have been helpful to have provided their current contact number or web address.

With regards to this company they appear to be registered to a physical residential address, I would therefore assume that either they have staff at that address or elsewhere (which they are not advising of where).  They do have an e-mail address listed on their website, so I would suggest you can contact them that way as opposed to ringing them.
