UPS Couriers or Delivery whatever they are classed
Oct 1st, 2016 at 10:35am

Hi all.
Would anyone happen to have a free alternative or normal landline number for UPS in the UK their normal number is 03457 877 877 been holding for a Customer Service Rep for over half an hour now.

I searched the forum for UPS but no results.

Thanks

Saturdays are not good for calling such companies.

03 calls cost the same as 01 or 02 numbers and are included in call plans.

But you could try 020 7949 0190 (found on this database).

No, standard or free numbers instead of premium rate numbers.

If 12p/minute is what you'd pay Talk Talk for an 01 or 02 call today, that's what you'll pay for an 03 call.

If you have inclusive calls to 01 and 02 numbers, Ofcom rules ensure that calls to 03 numbers are also covered.

You pay a per-minute rate for calls to 01, 02 and 03 numbers only if you have an inclusive allowance, but make calls that last longer than 60 minutes or you have chosen a call plan that does not have inclusive calls.

Most people choose an anytime call plan covering all of their calls to 01, 02 and 03 numbers for around £8 per month. Most providers (except BT!) also offer inclusive calls to mobile numbers starting 071-075 and 077-079.

Just to advised from UPS's own site:

Customer Service: Tel: 03457 877 877 .
Email: custsvcgben@ups.com
Opening Hours:
Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 08:00 - 12:30

I would imagine calling at the time you did they may have been very busy... if you were unable to resolve it tomorrow, maybe drop them an e-mail...
