0844 241 1192 is one of a very large number of numbers used by Sky Customer Services. If you are an existing Sky customer and official Sky website or paperwork directed you to call the 0844 number, use Regulation 41 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to claim a refund from Sky.

In future, be aware that their 0844 numbers have been replaced by 0344 numbers. The lack of an announcement on the old 0844 numbers directing callers to hang up and re-dial the new 0344 numbers appears to be negligent.
