Searching for the above gives several unverified results and no verified ones. Most of them don't work, but I can verify that 0161 286 4321 does work, and allows you to get through to all departments.

If they offer a telephone line for after-sales enquiries and issues, it is illegal for that to be on a premium rate 084, 087 or 09 number.

Breaches of the regulations can (and should!) be reported to the Citizen's Advice national Consumer Helpline on 0345 404 0506.

Technically this is OK because the 0844 number is for orders only and the cost is declared. The customer care number is the 0161 number given by the OP.

So they are abiding by the letter of the law but it doesn't make them look good.

Interestingly if you click "For overseas contact information, click here" it gives a different 0161 contact number...

Dave Rado I will add the alternative to the database as verified.
