The premium rate 0870 number that you have found is fake. It brands itself as a premium rate "call connection service" and has been set up by a third party. All they do is forward calls and charge unsuspecting callers a premium rate for doing so. It's a scam.

Misleading websites, such as the one you found this fake premium rate 0870 phone number on, should be reported to the Phone-paid Services Authority for further investigation.
